3.7 Creating Time Program
• The function of the time program is not available when controlled by the
system controller. Configure from the workstation. See " system guide 2.2
Editing Methods"
• Refer to the following procedure when using this function in local mode.
The instrument can run a time program with a flow rate and other parameters. A created
time program is saved in a file. Check for file numbers in use before creating a time
program.
See "Specifying the file number《FILE NUMBER》" P.46 of the auxiliary function to view
or specify file numbers.
