Checklist for manufacturers / installers for the installation of the Flexi Soft safety

The details on the items listed below must be available at the latest when the system is
commissioned for the first time. However, they are dependent upon the application, the
requirement of which must be reviewed by the manufacturer/installer.
This checklist should be retained and kept with the machine documentation to serve as
reference during recurring tests.
This checklist does not replace the initial commissioning, nor the regular inspection by
qualified safety personnel.
