7.2 Batch data
Batch data in BATCH flexible are:
S Batch starting date and time of day,
S Batch finishing date and time of day,
S Batch starting mode (automatic/manual) (see Chapter 6.3.2),
S Measured values,
S Batch user messages,
S Process messages,
S Control system messages (PLC and OS),
S Dates and times of day for starting and finishing automation functions
(AF) involved in the batch and
S Setpoint and actual values of AFs involved in the batch.
S All control recipe data
For the measuring points configured in the recipe header of the batch (see
Chapter 4.4.3) batch data preparation takes all measured values and their
registration times from the OS curves archive, for the entire running time of
the batch.
If the batch is paused, the measured values will still continue to be collected.
All messages are taken over from the OS message archive and saved on a
batch basis in the corresponding tables of the BATCH flexible database. A
BATCH ID indicates that these are BATCH flexible messages.
The messages contain the following information:
S Batch designation,
S Collection time (date and time of day),
S Origin,
S Event,
S Operator text,
S Comment,
S Status (incoming, acknowledged, outgoing) and
S Message class
