7.4 Logging batch data (via BOM)
To log the data of one or more batches, select them via BOM’s list
management facility and select the ’Print’ function from the tool bar or from
the ’Batch flexible’ menu.
The standard batch record in BATCH flexible includes all data which
document the progress of a batch. Batch identification data, the progress of
the batch (start and end of the AFs involved and their setpoint and actual
values) and the chronological order of messages and measured value series
are all logged. The structure and layout of the batch record are described in
BOM, Chapter 3.5.
The summary batch record contains the following selected batch header data:
S Batch designation
S Product name
S Quality
S Quantity
S Recipe name
S Starting and finishing times
S Run time
S Number of alarms
S Number of operator actions
You can created further, project-specific layouts for batch records as needed.
The procedure is described in Chapter 3.5.
