Step 5: (Optional) Weld assembly to pipe. If you desire,
you may weld the assembly to the pipe.
A. While strap is in place, Tack Weld at the outer
ends of each bracket as shown in Fig 5-1.
B.
IMPORTANT: Do not weld the center of the
bracket. The space is necessary for maintaining
proper operation.
C. Remove the straps and fully weld all locations.
See Fig 5-2.
Note: Bracket Material is Type 316 Stainless Steel,
Suitable for welding to both Stainless Steel and Carbon
Steel pipes.
