Only after PDP context is activated, local IP address can be obtained by
AT+CIFSR, otherwise it will respond ERROR. To see the status use
AT+CIPSTATUS command. Status should be:
IP GPRSACT, TCP CONNECTING, UDP
CONNECTING, SERVER
LISTENING, IP STATUS,
CONNECT OK, TCP CLOSING, UDP
CLOSING, TCP CLOSED, UDP CLOSED in single-
connection mode (see
<state> parameter);
IP STATUS, IP PROCESSING in multi-connection mode (see <state>
parameter).
