The FCC has adopted HAC rules for digital wireless phones. These rules require certain

devices to be tested and rated under the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) C63.19-

2011 hearing aid compatibility standards. The ANSI standard for hearing aid compatibility

contains two types of ratings:

M-Ratings: Phones rated M3 or M4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to

generate less interference to hearing devices than mobile devices that are not

labeled. M4 is the better/higher of the two ratings.

●

T-Ratings: Phones rated T3 or T4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to work

better with a hearing device’s telecoil (“T Switch” or “Telephone Switch”) than unrated

phones. T4 is the better/ higher of the two ratings. (Note not all hearing devices have

telecoils in them.)

●

The tested M-Rating and T-Rating for this device (FCC ID: 2A28USL006D) are M4

and T4.

material and accessories enclosed herein (“Products”) are free from defects in material and

workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of

purchase by the first consumer purchaser and continuing for the following specified period of

time after that date:

This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the Products.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear of the product (including on-camera lenses, batteries, and

screens) requiring periodic repair and replacement.

Defects and damages due to negligence, to the product being used other than in a

normal and customary manner, to non-compliance with the recommendations of this

User Guide, to an accident, regardless of the cause. Instructions for the use and
