Retrieve User Security
This command allows a system administrator to retrieve security parameters for a
single user or for all users. The command format is:
RTRV-USER-SECU:[<tid>]:<uid>:<ctag>;

Parameter Description
<uap> Access level (1 to 5)
<uout> (Displayed, but not implemented) Password for this
account expires in this number (0 to 180) of days of
inactivity; 0 indicates no expiration
