Set Source Identifier
This command sets the name of the equipment sending the message. The
command format is:
SET-SID:[<tid>]::<ctag>::<sid>;
Response Format:
<sid> <date> <time>

Parameter Description
<sid> Source identifier – can be up to 20 uppercase or
lowercase ASCII characters
