• If relief pressure did not match the relief valve
pressure on the charge pump test, lift cylinder or lift
valve is leaking. Proceed to STEP 22.
22.At the lift cylinder, disconnect the hose at the base
end of the cylinder, plug the hose, and cap the
cylinder.
23.Set the parking brake, start the engine, and
advance the engine speed to high idle speed.
24.At the deck lift/lower lever, hold the lever in the
raise position. Read and record pressure reading
K) on Flow Test Report 1.
25.Shut off the engine.
Conclusion
• If pressures recovered in STEP 24 and matched the
charge pump implement relief valve pressure, lift
cylinder is at fault.
26.Remove the test equipment, and connect hose to
the traction pump.
