PREPARATIONS
SETTING VD
In vertex distance (VD) setting, contact lens (0) or glasses (12mm or 13.75mm) can be
selected. Before shipment, it is set to glasses (12mm).
1 Press the of the control panel and get the "SETTING MENU (R/K)
screen." "CONT. MEAS." is highlighted, and "ON" and "OFF" are displayed on the right.
2 Press the Set item change button and bring the cursor to "VD." VD figures are dis-
played on the right. Set figures are highlighted.
3 Press the Set value change button or and bring the cursor to the figure of
desired VD figures:
0.00 : The VD value is set to contact lens (0.00mm)
12.00 : The VD value is set to glasses (12.00mm)
13.75 : The VD value is set to glasses (13.75mm)
4 Press the Set item change button ; cursor moves to the next item (ADD).
Press the Set item change button ; the cursor moves to the previous item (AXIS
STEP).
5 To exit from the menu, press and return to the MEASUREMENT screen.
