5.1 Start-up: IO-Link-Device with IO-Link V1.0
In general, the following applies:
IO-Link devices in accordance with IO-Link specifica
tion V1.0 do not support data storage. This
means, that the parameter "Data storage mode" has to be set to "deactivated, clear" if an IO-Link
V1.0 devices is used.

Start-up steps
Deactivate the data storage mode for the
respective IO-Link port.
Download the parameters into the
device, all other parameters can be set to default settings.
Connect the IO-Link V1.0 device.
LED "IOL" = GREEN (for the respective port), IO-
Link communication is active.
