If the sensor surface is at too high a level, to lower the sensor, grind the surface. For
instructions on how to check the sensor level, see Checking DRS511 Position (page 112).
1. Check that the surface temperature sensor stays above the target level.

2. If the surface temperature sensor is too high, use a screwdriver to press the metal part
of the sensor downward.
Hammer the screwdriver handle gently until the sensor lies 1 … 3 mm (0.04 … 0.12 in)
below the sensor surface.
