By default, the selector components detect the available sensors automatically and select
the lowest-numbered available sensor. You can override the automatic selection by
changing the sensor selector value. In this case, the selector works as though the selected
sensor was directly connected to calculations and reports.
1. In AWS Client, select Settings > Parameters > Static.
2. Open the parameter set for the sensor selector, and select selectSensor.
3. Type the number of the primary sensor.

PR_accum_Selector Selects the sensor for
precipitation

4. To save the changes, select Save.

 Opening Service Connection with AWS Client
1. In AWS Client, select File > Connect.
2. In the Address Book window, select the address book entry for the QML data logger
and select OK.
3. Select Maintenance > Terminal Connect.
When the connection is open, the following text is displayed:

 Issuing Commands
When you have opened a service connection, you can give commands to communicate with
the QML data logger. The commands are text strings sent from the computer or terminal to
the QML data logger.
You can use many of the commands to view the current parameter value or to set a new
one.
