5.3 Using the Tools Screen
Touch on the Home screen to access the Tools screen (Figure 5-2).
The Tools screen provides access to the following:
WARNING
PERSONAL INJURY.
The printer starts printing if you touch the status bar when the printer is in OFFLINE mode.
Make sure that you do not touch the status bar if the printer is not required to run.
Option Description
Setup Options to view and modify the printer setup parameters. Refer to “Using
the Setup Screen” on page 5-3.
Diagnostics Information on the current values of key parameters for the printer setup
as well as that support the printer operation and can assist in
troubleshooting issues. Refer to Operator manual for more information.
Databases Information on available databases, their capacity and the stored jobs.
Refer to Operator manual for more information.
Help The tutorial videos and documentation for specific tasks and basic
troubleshooting. Refer to Operator manual for more information.
