8.1 Printer Faults
Refer to operator manual for printer error messages, its possible causes and the remedies.
Note: The test points location details are available in Appendix C, "Test Points".
8.2 CLARiTY HMI-PSU Faults
Refer to operator manual for CLARiTY HMI-PSU faults, its possible causes and the remedies.
8.3 Fault Messages and Warnings
The errors are divided into two groups:
• Warning Errors - These errors indicate a warning condition. The printer continues to
print until the warning condition becomes a fault condition.
• Fault/Alarm Errors - These errors indicate a fault condition. During a fault
condition, the printer stops printing.
Table 8-1 lists the faults and warnings.

E1000 Job Update
Failure
The printer was unable to update the current Job before the
next print was required. This usually occurs because products
are too close together. Press the Clear button to enable
printing to be restarted.
E1001 Count Limit
Reached
One or more of the counters in the image has reached the end
value set in the image design. Please select a new Job and
press the Clear button to enable printing to be restarted.
