Acknowledgement Report
Using this feature a confirmation report is printed indicating the delivery status of the internet fax job.
Each internet fax recipient provides a delivery receipt when the job is received. Once the receipt is
received by the device, the report is compiled and printed.
Note The report may be delayed
depending on how quickly the
recipient’s respond.
Print Report
• The device requests a receipt from
each of the recipients when the
Internet Fax is sent.
• Once the recipient’s acknowledge
receipt, the report is compiled and
printed automatically.
Select Save to save your selections and exit.
