Fault Logs
Fault information can be accessed using
the Machine Status button.
Machine Status provides information
about the device, the status of the paper
trays, consumables and any current faults.
Usage counters are also available.
The Faults tab displays fault listings and
the device error logs.
The faults are separated into Current
Faults, Current Messages and Fault
History.
Current Faults
This option displays a list of any current
faults on the device. Each fault can be
selected for further information and
instructions.
Current Messages
This option displays a list of all the current fault messages associated with the current device status
and faults.
