When M0 is from OFF→ON, run “PLSR HD0 HD100 K1 Y0” in the BLOCK to output the
pulse;
When M2 is from OFF→ON, the BLOCK stops running at once;
When M4 is from OFF→ON, abandon the rest pulse.
