When you enable directed call pickup, the LCD screen will display a DPickup soft key when you
pick up the handset, press the Speakerphone key or press the line key (You may need to press
the More soft key to see the DPickup soft key). As shown below:

Directed call pickup can be configured using the following methods.
Central Provisioning
(Configuration File)

Configure the directed call pickup
code on a per-line basis.
Parameter:

Configure directed call pickup features
on a phone basis.
Parameters:
features.pickup.direct_pickup_enable

Assign a directed call pickup key.

It is recommended not to configure the directed call pickup key and the DPickup soft key
simultaneously. If you do, the directed pickup key will not be used correctly.
