Enables or disables the IP phone to process Privacy header field in the SIP message for
account X.
0-Disabled
1-Enabled
If it is set to 0 (Disabled), the IP phone doesnt process Privacy header.
If it is set to 1 (Enabled), the caller identification information will be hidden and the IP phone
LCD screen presents anonymous if there is a Privacy: id in the INVITE request.
