Configuring FTIR limit monitoring
Function
The monitoring of the FTIR measured values with regard to exceeding limit
values can be configured.
If a measured value exceeds the configured limit value, the analyzer system
switches to zero air. After expiry of the set purging time, the system
switches to measuring gas. After expiry of the set purging time, the system
switches back to normal measuring mode.

Parameter Explanation
High alarm active
Activate ("yes") or deactivate ("no") limit monitoring.
Purge time for zero
(sec)
Enter purging time for zero air in seconds.
Purge time for
measuring gas (sec)
Enter purging time for measuring gas in seconds.
High alarm limit values
Enter the limit value for every measured component in the physical unit dis-
played.
