The ratio can be changed during operation if the source
selected by 74.16 Change set immediately is active and
a new gear-in command is given (74.15 Position
command trigger type = Edge).

that was sent, this parameter setting must match the
setting of 88.51 D2D send scale axis velocity on the
master.
