23 Product Assurance
1. Within two years from the date of purchase, the product quality problems that
occurred during the normal operation according to the product instructions can be repaired free
of charge by Shenzhen Ambul Tech Co., Ltd. If the warranty period indicated on the product is
less than two years, this guarantee will also end with the end of the warranty period indicated on
the packaging or in the instructions for use.
2. When requesting a warranty, the user must provide a proof of purchase stating the
seller and the date of purchase.
3. No warranty under the following circumstances:
• Violation of instructions for use
• Error operation
• Improper use/handling
• Unauthorized personnel have repaired the device
• Force majeure, such as lightning strikes, etc.
• Transportation damage caused by improper packaging when returning the device
• No maintenance and services have been carried out
• Wear and tear due to excessive use or normal wear and tear. Components that fall into
this category are, for example:
Lead electrodes or pads.
Disposable items, etc.
Use parts other than the spare parts from the manufacturer.
4. Shenzhen Ambul Tech Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any damage caused by defects if it
does not result from intentional or gross negligence, or injury to body or life as a result of minor
negligence.
5. Shenzhen Ambul Tech Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any problems occurring during the
use of the product after the serviceable life of the product is exceeded.
6. Shenzhen Ambul Tech Co., Ltd reserves the right to eliminate defects, provide
defect-free goods or appropriately reduce the purchase price at its option.
7. If the warranty request is rejected, we will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Legal warranty requirements are not affected.
