26 Defibrillator Monitor Shift Check List
Check the Defibrillator Monitor according to the items in the following table after daily use.
If the items are normal, please tick in the "Normal" column. If there is any abnormality, please
indicate the condition in the"Abnormal Condition Description" column and wait until all items are
normal before the next use.

paddles are correctly placed in the
paddle slots.
Therapy cable and
Pads (Test on Use)
The therapy cable and pad are
complete. The therapy cable is not
damaged, the plug pin is not loose or
bent, and the electrode is not expired.
Therapy cable
Shock Test *(Test
on Use)
Power on the device, select"Manual
Defibrillation", and connect the
therapy cable and test the load.
