13.7 Clean Recorder
After long-term use, paper dust and contaminants can accumulate on the printing head,
affecting the recording quality and the life of the printing head and roller shaft. Please follow the
following steps to clean the recorder:
1. Before cleaning, take measures to prevent damage to the recorder from static
electricity, such as wearing a disposable anti-static bracelet.
2. Open the recorder door and pull out the recording paper so that it does not interfere
with cleaning.
3. Use a cotton ball with alcohol and gently wipe the surface of the thermal component of
the printing head.
4. After the alcohol has dried completely, reload the recording paper, and close the
recorder door.
Caution:
• Do not use anything that will damage the thermal components, such as sandpaper.
• Do not press the thermal printing head by force.
