Warnings
Packaging materials may cause pollution to the environment. When handling packaging
materials, the relevant local regulations or hospital waste disposal rules must be followed. Please
keep the packaging materials out of the reach of children.
The device may be contaminated by microorganisms during storage, transportation, and use.
Please confirm whether the packaging is intact before use, especially the disposable accessories
and do not use if the damage is found.
3.1.2 Environmental Requirement
The environment in which this device is used must meet the requirements of the
environmental specifications in this manual.
The device should be kept away from the noise, vibration, dust, corrosive, flammable, or
explosive substances, etc. If installed in a cabinet, please ensure that there is sufficient space in
the front and back of the cabinet for operation, maintenance, and repairs. At least 5cm (2 inches)
of a gap should be left around the device to ensure good air circulation and heat dissipation.
When the device is moved from one environment to another, condensation may occur due
to differences in temperature or humidity. In this case, it can only be used after the condensation
disappears.
Caution
Please ensure that the device works under the specified environmental requirements,
otherwise, it will not meet the technical specifications claimed in this manual and may cause
unforeseen consequences such as damage to the device.
3.1.3 Connecting the Power Supply

Connecting to AC Power
When an AC power supply is required, one end of the AC power cord can be plugged into
the AC power port behind the defibrillator monitor, and the other end can be plugged into an AC
power outlet.

Using Batteries
The i6 can be powered by a rechargeable lithium battery. With the battery installed, if the
external power supply goes off suddenly, the Defibrillator Monitor can automatically switch to
the battery power. For the use of batteries, please refer to "16 Batteries".
3.1.4 Switching On
Once the Defibrillator Monitor is installed, you are ready to monitor and treat your patients.
