The ERR event status register selects whether the register makes the summary mes-
sage true when the corresponding bit of the status register is set.

This bit is set to 1 when CDMA reception measurement error is
occurred.
TX Measure measurement error

This bit is set to 1 when CDMA transmission measurement error
