40 ToolsNet error
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected an error in ToolsNet communication.
Solution: Check the availability of your network and the ToolsNet settings. If this is OK and the error is
still present, refer to your local service for further assistance.
50 Firmware mismatch
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected a linked wrench, which does not fulfill the requirement of the minimum
firmware version to work correctly in the setup.
Solution: Update all linked wrenches via ToolsTalk BLM. When all wrenches are on the latest firmware and
the error is still present, refer to your local service for further assistance.
61 SCRIPT A error
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected an error in the internal Script (Mainboard).
Solution: If possible, download the “Logfile” via ToolsTalk BLM and refer to your local service for
further assistance.
62 SCRIPT B error
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected an error in the internal Script (MPC).
Solution: If possible, download the “Logfile” via ToolsTalk BLM and refer to your local service for
further assistance.
81 Station 1 not OK
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected inconsistencies in the configuration of station 1.
Solution: Unlink all wrenches which are assigned to Station 1. If the error is still present, refer to your
local service for further assistance.
82 Station 2 not OK
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected inconsistencies in the configuration of station 2.
Solution: Unlink all wrenches which are assigned to Station 2. If the error is still present, refer to your
local service for further assistance.
83 Program missing
Cause: Focus 61 Controller was not programmed with a tightening setup yet.
Solution: When wrenches are linked to the controller, the message will disappear.
Error 90 Wrench access err
Cause: Focus 61 Controller detected a problem in accessing linked wrenches
Solution: Remove all wrenches from your existing setup. If the error is still present, refer to your local
service for further assistance.
