Parameter Description
G729EV local MBS
[G729EVLocalMBS]
Defines the maximal bit rate (in kilobits per second - Kbps) that can
be used by the G.729EV coder for a specific channel. The
parameter is defined per channel and may vary between the
parties. The initial generation bit rate is the minimum between the
MaxBitRate and the MBS values.

session using G.729EV coder. The parameter is defined per
session and is equal for all the parties. The initial generation bit rate
is the minimum between the MaxBitRate and the MBS values.
