Parameter Description

 [10] 30 KBPS
 [11] 32 KBPS
 [15] Undefined
Microsoft RTA Forward Error
Correction Mode
[MSRTAForwardErrorCorrectio
nEnable]
Enables Forward Error Correction (FEC) for the Microsoft real-time
audio narrowband coder (MS RTA NB).
 [0] Disable
 [1] Enable (default)
Microsoft RTA Bit Rate
[MSRTATxBitRate]
Defines the transmit (Tx) bit rate for the MS RTA NB at clock rate of
8 kHz.
The valid values are 11,800 for Narrowband and 29,000 for
Wideband. The default is 11800.
[EnableEVRCVAD]
Enables the EVRC voice activity detector.
 [0] = Disable (default)
 [1] = Enable
Note: The parameter is applicable only to the EVRC and EVRC-B
coders.
[EVRCDTXMin]
Defines the minimum gap between two SID frames when using the
EVRC voice activity detector. Units are in EVRC frame size (20
msec).
The range is 0 to 20000. The default is 12.
Note: The parameter is applicable only to the EVRC and EVRC-B
coders.
[EVRCDTXMax]
Defines the maximum gap between two SID frames when using the
EVRC voice activity detector. Units are in EVRC frame size (20
msec).
The range is 0 to 20000. The default is 32.
Note: The parameter is applicable only to the EVRC and EVRC-B
coders.
[VBRCoderHeaderFormat]
Determines the format of the RTP header for VBR coders.
 [0] = (Default) Payload only (no header, TOC, or m-factor) -
similar to RFC 3558 Header Free format.
 [1] = Supports RFC 2658 -
1 byte for interleaving header (always
0), TOC, no m-factor.
 [2] = Payload including TOC only, allow m-factor.
 [3] = RFC 3558 Interleave/Bundled format.
[VBRCoderHangover]
Defines the required number of silence frames at the beginning of
each silence period when using the VBR coder silence
suppression.
The range is 0 to 255. The default is 1.
AMR Payload Format
[AmrOctetAlignedEnable]
Defines the AMR payload format type.
 [0] Bandwidth Efficient
 [1] Octet Aligned (default)
Note: The AMR payload type can also be configured per Coder
Group (see Configuring Coder Groups on page 385). The Coder
Group configuration overrides the parameter.
