17.6.2.1 Ring Tone Override
For specific calls, your system administrator can override your personal ring tone selection . They can do this for
selected incoming external calls, selected hunt group calls and selected internal calls.
17.6.2.2 Personal Ring Tone Selection
The telephone system supports 8 different classic ring tones. The selected tone is used for the personal ring portion of the
ring .
To change your personal ring tone:
1. Press the button.
2. Use the up and down cursor keys to highlight Options & Settings. Press Select.
3. Use the up and down cursor keys to highlight Screen & Sound. Press Select.
4. Use the up and down cursor keys to highlight Personal ringing.

Use the left and right cursor keys or the Change button to scroll through the different available ring patterns.

Press the Play soft key to repeat the currently display ring pattern.

To make the currently displayed ring pattern the selected ring pattern for the phone press the Save soft key.
·
To leave the menu without making any changes press the Cancel soft key.
5. When completed, press the Done soft key.
6. Press the Exit soft key to exit the menus.
