Mobile WAN configuration To configure the mobile connection it should be sufficient to in-
sert the SIM card into the SIM1 slot and attach the antenna to the ANT connector. (Depending
on the SIM card you are using).
To set up backup routes you will need to enable Check Connection in the Mobile WAN
item. (See Fig. 92.) Set the Check connection option to enabled + bind and fill in an IP address
of the mobile operator’s DNS server or any other reliably available server and enter the time
interval of the check. For detailed configuration, see Chapter 4.3.1.
