Operationwiththehydraulicbreaker
Thehydraulicbreakerisasingle-actinghydraulicattachment,andshallbeconnectedtoahigh-owhydrauliccircuit.
Therefore,tooperatewithahydraulicbreakerthemachineshallbeequippedwiththeSingle-actingauxiliaryhigh-ow
hydrauliccircuitorwiththeMulti-functionauxiliaryhigh-owhydrauliccircuit.
1.Makesurethatthemachineandtheattachmenttobe
installedareonatandlevelground.
2.Makesuretoreadandunderstandtheinstallationpro-
ceduredescribedintheOperator'sManualoftheat-
tachment.
3.Operatethecontrolsofboom,armandbucketinorder
toinstallthehydraulicbreakertothebucketlinkageat
thetopofthearm.
4.Stoptheengine.Releasepressureinsidetheauxiliary
high-owhydrauliccircuit.
5.Closethefeedvalvesatthetopofthearm.Install
theconnectinghosesbetweentheattachmentandthe
feedvalves.
NOTICE:makesuretoidentifyonthebreakerthesup-
plyport(INorP)andthereturnporttotank(OUTor
T).Thehoseforbreakersupplyshallalwaysbecon-
nectedtothefeedvalveontheleftsideofthearm.If
thesupplyportonthebreakerisnotalignedtothefeed
valveontheleftsideofthearm,checkforanalterna-
tivesetupofthehydraulicportsontheattachment.
NOTICE:Alwayskeepeachconnectinghoseonthe
samesideofthearm.Nevercross-overtheconnect-
inghosesbetweenthetwosidesofthearm.
6.Openthefeedvalvesandcheckthexingclampsfor
looseness,andthetubesandhosesttingsforleak-
ages.
