3.2.3.4.1 OVP
Use the touch panel to set OVP 660.00. This function sets the protection point for Over
Voltage. Once the output voltage exceeds the range, it will turn off the output that is
OUTPUT = OFF to protect the unit under test.
Table 3-1 shows the voltage range of OVP.
