DescriptionField
If enabled, system logging messages are sent to a
UNIX host that acts as a syslog server; that is, the
host captures and saves the messages.
Syslog logging
If enabled, the level and the number of messages
logged to the console are stated; otherwise, this field
displays “disabled.”
Console logging
If enabled, the minimum level of severity required
for a log message to be sent to the monitor terminal
(not the console) and the number of messages logged
to the monitor terminal are stated; otherwise, this field
displays “disabled.”
Monitor logging
If enabled, the minimum level of severity required
for a log message to be sent to the syslog server and
the number of messages logged to the syslog server
are stated; otherwise, this field displays “disabled.”
Trap logging
If enabled, the level and the number of messages
logged to the buffer are stated; otherwise, this field
displays “disabled.”
