 The closing BO last for at least 100ms
 The return condition: using “AND” logic with the closing relay return with no current or CB
close position
 The closing BO will return after the return condition is ok and last for the Closei_OffDelay
setting.
 When CB Close is used, all condition is ok but the CB Close is still not 1, the closing BO
will return after 1s.
