for P 5.4.2 Operation Mode, the parameter number is 100.
6.1.6.3.2 Writing a Parameter Value
Change P 5.8.2 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz] to 100 Hz.
Write the data in EEPROM.
PKE = E19E hex - Write single word in P 5.8.2 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz]. The parameter number is 414.
