Moving the Printed Image
By using the registration and offset, the position of the printed image can be moved within
the target area.
The Printhead on Intermittent Printers is moved to the new position immediately and will
remain there until the parameter is changed again.
Registration
• This will move the printing position up and down the substrate
• This is useful if small adjustments are required
• On Intermittent Printers it will limit the length of the printed image, and on
Continuous machines the pack rate will be reduced.
