Missed Prints (Warning 2101 and Fault 1207)
Unless disabled, missed prints will be shown on the SmartDate X40 Controller as
‘Warning 2101’, and after a set number of consecutive missed prints, ‘Fault 1207’ will be
displayed.
Continuous mode
A missed print warning is displayed when the Print Go Ignore is not active and the
SmartDate X40 receives a print signal during the registration (The registration is a
distance setting in the SmartDate X40) or the registration is completed before the print
cycle is completed. (The Continuous print cycle is the time from when the ribbon starts
moving to when it stops moving.)
