Warranty Policy

additional information
Machine Defect in Materials and Workmanship
The serial number in SAP validates the start of the warranty period.
The following are the main Markem-Imaje manufacturing warranty conditions.
Operation Warranty Conditions:
o The standard new equipment warranty period defined is 18 months from the
invoice date
o The standard new spare parts warranty period defined is 3 months from the
invoice date
o Printheads carry a conditional 40km/12 month warranty
o Repairs are warranted against failure for the period shown below or for the
remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is sooner
Distributors warranty conditions:
o The standard equipment warranty period defined is 18 months from the
invoice date
o The standard new spare parts warranty period defined is 3 months from the
invoice date
o Printheads carry a conditional 40km/12 month warranty
o Repairs are warranted against failure for the period shown below or for the
remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is sooner
There are three options for warranty repair:
Advanced Exchange Service (AES)
Return Repair
Onsite Repair
