Window Bracket
Measure the width of bracket required. The dimension of the outside of the bracket end
frame plates is the ‘A’ dimension; the kit is suitable for widths with an ‘A’ dimension of up to
1000mm. For widths less than 1000mm, the support tubes, web-diverting rollers and the
print roller shaft must be shortened.
• Place one end frame onto a flat
surface with the counter-bored holes
facing down
• Insert, but do not fully tighten the 4
securing clamp screws (M5x25)
• Insert and secure the 4 support tubes
into the end frame plate. Use the soft-
faced mallet to make sure the tubes
are fully inserted into the end-frame
holes
• Tighten the clamping screws for the 2
Printhead support bars only, leaving
the other 2 bars loose - this will allow
the print roller to be fitted later
If the print roller shaft has not already been shortened, cut the overall length to the same as
the ‘A’ dimension of the bracket module.
• Mount the print roller assembly,
lightly pressing the roller support
collars into the bearing at each end
of the rubber covered print roller
• Loosen the 2 5mm clamp screws
in each of the collars using a 3mm
hex key, and slide the roller
assembly onto the cut-down print
roller shaft
• Position the print roller assembly
approximately in the middle of the
shaft and tighten the clamp screws
to fix it
