Fault Escalation
Escalation Procedure
Use the escalation path shown below to report faults
Where the issue cannot be resolved by level 1 engineers, local specialists should
then be contacted
The local specialist will either provide a solution or escalate the issue to level 3, GDS
Finally issues that cannot be resolved by GDS will be passed to engineering for a
solution
