After Sales Policy
To purchase a standard application, of a SmartDate X40 machine with CoLOS Create
Professional use the two following installation orders; one for SmartDate X40 the other
for CoLOS:
• S63420 - Installation SmartDate Startup Service
• S25420 - Installation CoLOS
To purchase a complex application of a SmartDate X40 machine with CoLOS Create
Professional, use the two following installation orders; one for SmartDate the other for
CoLOS:
• S63421 - Installation SmartDate Complex
• S25421 - Installation CoLOS Complex
Customers using CoLOS Create (freeware) will receive no additional training beyond the
machine installation package.
Installation Includes
• Physical mounting, connections and assembly
• Creation of simple first image and download to the machine
• Instruction:
o Safety rules (operators)
o Preparing the system for operation (operators)
o Selecting images to print (operators)
o Making registration adjustments (operators)
o Ensuring quality print (operators)
o Daily cleaning of the Printhead (operators)
• Review user guide with customer
• Review after sales support options for warranty, training and service contracts
