‘L’ Shape Bracket
This section will explain how to assemble the Continuous ‘L’ Shaped Modular Bracket.
Tools Required:
The following tools and materials will be required:
• Tape measure (mm scale)
• Metric hex key set
• Soft faced mallet
• Engineers square
• Medium size flat bladed screwdriver
• 17mm AF wrench
• Loctite 638 (high strength retainer)
• Loctite 242 (thread locker)
Determining the Bracket Width
• Decide the width of bracket required
• The dimension over the outside of the bracket end frame plates is the ‘A’ dimension
• The kit is suitable for brackets with an ‘A’ dimension of up to 1000mm.
• For widths less than 1000mm the support tubes, web diverting rollers and the
pressure roller shaft must be shortened
