How to check the Printhead log
• Insert the USB Memory device into your PC
• Copy the Printhead log file
• Open the log file using the Printhead Warranty Check Tool
• An indication of warranty status
is displayed
• Where the log file indicates
a possible valid warranty claim,
under the terms above,
the claim may still be rejected
