Copies
The maximum number of copies is 9999.
The maximum number of jobs in the Printing queue and Archived queue is 9999.
Note: The Copies print option is grayed out and cannot be changed from the Printing Preferences dialog box when
Full Properties is clicked in the Mac OS printer driver. You can specify the number of copies in the application or
Mac OS Print dialog box.
Print Range
The Print Range print option allows you to specify the page range or odd/even pages to print.
For variable data printing jobs, a range of Records is selected for printing. For imposed variable data printing jobs, a
range of Records and Sheets is printed.
For imposed jobs, a range of Sheets is printed.
Note: If you print a page range within a duplex job and the specified range begins on an even-numbered page, the
page range that is actually printed begins on the page before the specified range. The system automatically changes
the page range to preserve the duplex job pagination.
This option is only accessible from the Job Properties window in Command WorkStation.
Accounting: Enable job tracking
The Enable job tracking print option, when selected, turns on job tracking.
To display the job notes and instructions at print time for the job, select Allow entry of account information.
To use the last job account information for the print job, select Show last entered account information.
To save the last entered job account information in the job notes, select Use last entered account information.
This option is not available from the Job Properties window of Command WorkStation.
Account track
Select the Account track check box to assign the Department name and Account password for a print job.
Note: To use this option, you must configure it on the printer.
Account track: Department name
Specify an account identification value for the Department name (up to 8 alphanumeric characters).
Note: To use this option, you must configure Account track on the printer.
