To determine the positioning time:
1. Activate the data cursor and set it to the Current posi
tion" curve.
2. Set the data cursor to the start of the positioning move
ment. To do this, you can use the Motion Complete"
curve as a guide.
3. Set the reference cursor to
this position.
4. Move the data cursor to the position at which the Current
position" curve is stable at the Reference position"
curve. Here, too, you can use the Motion Complete"
curve as a guide.
5. Read the value for dx" from the co−ordinate display.
This is the time required for the positioning process in
seconds.
