To determine the positioning time:
1. Activate the data cursor and set it to the Current posi
tion" curve.
2. Set the data cursor to the start of the positioning move
ment. To do this, you can use the Motion Complete"
curve as a guide.
3. Set the reference cursor to
this position.
4. Move the data cursor to the position at which the Current
position" curve is stable at the Reference position"
curve. Here, too, you can use the Motion Complete"
curve as a guide.
5. Read the value for dx" from the co−ordinate display.
This is the time required for the positioning process in
seconds.
