Introduction
Inkasso3 is used by the Franke Kaffeemaschinen AG as an interface between the coffee
machine and the settlement device. Communication is via the CCI protocol. An exception is the
Saphira/Flair, for which the “Saphira/Flair-Inkasso-Protokoll F700” is used for communication.
It can also serve as a protocol converter for the CCI and F700 protocols and the widely used
MDB protocol.
This enables you to manage and settle accounts for all product prices. Various counter functions
that provide correct settlement accounting are also integrated.
The most commonly used settlement devices can be connected to the collection system and
include the chip card system from Franke (CASH and FREE), coin checker CF330, MDB coin
changer (CF690) and MDB card reader (CASH terminal

, U-key, EVIS, and similar).
These instructions give detailed explanations of all of the functions that can be set in the various
menus.
