After all tests have been successfully performed, the service stamp mask appears.
The service stamp serves to save the performed work and detected errors in the Flair. Thus,
the next time the machine is serviced the data (history) is available.
The service stamp is created in the entry mask shown below.
A maximum of two service stamps are saved in the Flair. If service has been performed more
than twice on the Flair, the older service stamp is always overwritten.
The error codes and work codes are described in the appendix.
Replace logical print board
If new electronics (logical print board) have been installed, you are prompted to enter the
appliance code. The procedure follows the scheme below.
§ The appliance code is requested; see the Entry diagnosis for the device code. If no Entry
diagnosis was performed, press Continue four times. A device number and production date
are automatically entered.
The customer data from the Entry diagnosis is saved back to the machine (production,
statistical, service and customer data).
Dynamic diagnosis.
Enter the service stamp using the entry mask (error code 505 / work code 673).
